Those who helped make ELI what it is today.

- Cliff Gibbs
- Owner / Technical Trainer
With 40+ years as a major-league engineer working on many multi-million dollar projects for Chrysler, Ford and GE, Cliff is a master of all things technical including PLCs, CNCs and Robotics. Cliff piloted ELI off the ground in 1998 and passed the torch to Mark in 2021. Cliff is now enyoing retirement.
- Louise Gibbs
- Accountant
With more than 30 years of accounting experience, not only is she Cliff's copilot in life, Louise was our beloved bookkeeper. She is also enjoying retirement with her husband.
- Randy Fullmer
- Technical Trainer
With 33+ years as a controls engineer and trainer, Randy acquired a degree in Computer Science Engineering and is now the Salaried Skilled Trades Training Manager at SHAP.
- Sam Ladwig
- E-learning Team Leader
Sam worked on our e-learning development team. He now works at Toledo JEEP in their IT department. He is also married to our e-learning commentator, Christina, whose voice he never tires of.
- John Akerley
- Technical Trainer
As a retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, he taught ControlLogix classes for us and had been an Industrial Trainer and Training Manager for 30+ years. We’re quite proud to have had him as part of our crew. He is enjoying retirement.
- John Miller
- Technical Trainer
With 25+ years of experience as a Rockwell Automation Technical Instructor, it's easy to see why John was our pro when it came to all things Ethernet and ControlLogix. Previous to that, he worked as a Navy Seabee for 8 years and an Army Engineer for 12 after that. We dedicate our commitment to excellence to John. Rest in Peace brother.
